Przemysław Orlik is the CEO in OREX ROTOMOULDING, the company which celebrates its 30th anniversary in 2025. The company specializes in the design and manufacture of rotomoulding machines, such as CAROUSEL, SHUTTLE and ROCK AND ROLL, as well as in the formation of steel and aluminum moulds.

Apart from his rich experience in the machine construction, Mr. Orlik has nearly 20-year practice as a rotomoulder. As a result, he has an excellent understanding of both the potential and challenges of rotational molding component manufacturing, which allows him to effectively combine the perspectives of engineer and manufacturer.

His everyday motto is "from design to effect" and this reflects his full involvement in each stage of the production – from a concept to the final product.  His approach is valued by OREX ROTOMOULDING customers, who appreciate the comprehensiveness, quality and innovation of the solutions offered.

Daniel Malczewski is an experienced professional in the polymer industry, known for his ability to build strong, lasting partnerships through tailored solutions and strategic collaboration. With a background in the virgin polymers sector at a leading petrochemical company, he has developed deep expertise in understanding customer needs and delivering value-driven solutions.

As Regional Sales Manager at Matrix Polymers, Daniel is committed to fostering true “partner-to-partner” relationships, driving mutual growth and long-term success. Rory Jones - Rotational Moulding

Rory Jones has been supporting the Rotational Moulding industry to make better parts for his entire career. More specifically, he has focused on facilitating good venting practices in the industry. In Krakow, Rory will provide insights into how venting affects moulds. He hopes to provide you with some tools you can take back to your factories to educate those on your machines about what is happening during the moulding cycle.

John Steele is the Technical Service and Business Development Manager for powders in LYB. He has been dedicated to rotomoulding and powders innovation since he joined Rotec Chemicals in the Uk in 1992. John has been responsible for many of the Roto material developments in LYB (Rotec, ICO Polymers, A. Schulman) over the last 30 years. Providing during that time tremendous vision and 100% enthusiasm for rotomoulding innovation while working tirelessly in promoting rotomoulding through seminars and events throughout the years. John is an English guy with a first class degree in Polymer Technology, he is a “roto-family” man, married to Jessie, former roto technical service for Nova Chemicals Canada and has four grown up kids.

 

Me jess queen1Dr. Dharana Jayawardane – Technical Manager, Europe, Matrix Polymers

Dharana joined Matrix Polymers in 2018 as an R&D Engineer, where he focused on the development of new materials and customer-driven innovation projects. Since then, her role has evolved, and he now leads as Technical Manager for Europe, driving product development and providing technical support across the region.

He holds an MEng in Biomedical Engineering and completed his PhD at the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering, University of Sheffield, specialising in advanced polymer systems. Outside of work, Dharana enjoys bouldering and hiking—activities that reflect his love of challenges, both technical and physical.

Od 11-stu lat pracuję w firmie SWIMER budując rynki sprzedażowe we Francji, krajach niemieckojęzycznych, Wielkiej Brytanii oraz krajach Beneluksu.

Od niemal 3-ech lat, na stanowisku Dyrektorki Exportu, wraz z moim  niezwykle zaangażowanym i doświadczonym zespołem rozwijam w SWIMER międzynarodową sprzedaż zbiorników z polietylenu produkowanych metodą rotomouldingu.Jako Liderka zespołu eksportowego, jestem również bardzo zaangażowana w działania marketingowe – tworzę treści promujące produkty i markę SWIMER na całym świecie.

W pracy łączę analityczne podejście z empatią i pasją do relacji biznesowych. Prywatnie – gitarzystka i wokalistka z artystyczną duszą, występująca na żywo z repertuarem w kilku językach, najchętniej w języku francuskim, gdyż z wykształcenia jestem romanistką.

Konstantia is a co-founder of Lysis Technologies. She is a Chemical Engineer and certified Project Manager with 20 years experience working for global companies in design, scale-up, Quality Assurance, installations and commissioning of industrials processes.
She holds a PhD in Computational Fluid Dynamics and heat transfer processes. She has more than 15 publications such as patents, scientific papers and book chapters. Konstantia has worked for 6 years in Research and Development for Unilever in the UK and in the Netherlands.
After that, she joined a large consortium as a Technical Project Manager leading a European Project based at Birmingham University. There she commissioned a pilot plant and set up experimental and industrial techniques. She then spent 4 years with Heineken UK as a Site Project Manager where she commissioned numerous installations based in new and innovative processes.
She has vast experience in New Process and Technology Development, Business Development at national and international level and B2B sales. As a portfolio manager, Konstantia is leading LYSIS TECHNOLOGIES’ team presence for the Rotational Moulding industry for the last 12 years. The last 3 years she set up with the Lysis team the Tesoplas company in Greece to allow better distribution of their innovative products in EU and Balkans. Lysis already had official distributors and agents in India and China.

Co-author of 168 publications, cited 3052 times, h-index 30 according to Scopus®. Co-author of 4 patents, 8 patent applications. Projects manager: Lider VIII (NCBiR) and Sonata-17 (NCN). Co-author of implementations: Coverlan™ technology and Lifter I-TON composite manual trolleys. Author of the technology for molding biodegradable composites bioXpul™. Awarded twice with the Innovation Price 2021 (Silver), 2022 (Gold).

Scholarship holder of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education for outstanding young scientists (2018-2020).

Dr hab. inż. Marek Szostak, prof. PP

Dr hab, eng. Marek Szostak, professor and the Head of Polymer Processing Laboratory PoznanUniversity of Technology specializes in the processing and recycling of plastics, their modification and physical and structural research.

In the scope of the above topics, he has published over 200 publications, including 69 with a global reach (860 citation, Hirsch = 18) and 12 chapters in books (2 chapters in English-language publications). He is the co-author of 20 patents and 6 patent applications in the field of plastics processing technology and the construction of machines and devices for plastics processing. He was the leader of 6 research projects and, as the main contractor, he implemented 10 research grants from the KBN, NCBiR and the 7th Framework Programme of the European Union. He designed and supervised the launch of several dozen plastics processing plants and also completed over 1,000 works for industry.

Since 2011 he is a President of the ROTOPOL Association and from 2012 Member of the ARMO Board. On September 1st 2025 he will assume the position of President of the ARMO World Association.
