
Przemysław Orlik is the CEO in OREX ROTOMOULDING, the company which celebrates its 30th anniversary in 2025. The company specializes in the design and manufacture of rotomoulding machines, such as CAROUSEL, SHUTTLE and ROCK AND ROLL, as well as in the formation of steel and aluminum moulds.
Apart from his rich experience in the machine construction, Mr. Orlik has nearly 20-year practice as a rotomoulder. As a result, he has an excellent understanding of both the potential and challenges of rotational molding component manufacturing, which allows him to effectively combine the perspectives of engineer and manufacturer.
His everyday motto is "from design to effect" and this reflects his full involvement in each stage of the production – from a concept to the final product. His approach is valued by OREX ROTOMOULDING customers, who appreciate the comprehensiveness, quality and innovation of the solutions offered.

Dr hab, eng. Marek Szostak, professor and the Head of Polymer Processing Laboratory PoznanUniversity of Technology specializes in the processing and recycling of plastics, their modification and physical and structural research.
In the scope of the above topics, he has published over 200 publications, including 69 with a global reach (860 citation, Hirsch = 18) and 12 chapters in books (2 chapters in English-language publications). He is the co-author of 20 patents and 6 patent applications in the field of plastics processing technology and the construction of machines and devices for plastics processing. He was the leader of 6 research projects and, as the main contractor, he implemented 10 research grants from the KBN, NCBiR and the 7th Framework Programme of the European Union. He designed and supervised the launch of several dozen plastics processing plants and also completed over 1,000 works for industry.
Since 2011 he is a President of the ROTOPOL Association and from 2012 Member of the ARMO Board. On September 1st 2025 he will assume the position of President of the ARMO World Association.
