Przemysław Orlik pełni funkcję Dyrektora Zarządzającego w firmie OREX ROTOMOULDING, która w 2025 roku obchodzi 30-lecie działalności. Firma specjalizuje się w projektowaniu i produkcji maszyn do formowania rotacyjnego, takich jak CAROUSEL, SHUTTLE oraz ROCK AND ROLL, a także w wytwarzaniu form stalowych i aluminiowych.

Daniel Malczewski - Regional Sales Manager | Matrix Polymers

Daniel Malczewski is an experienced professional in the polymer industry, known for his ability to build strong, lasting partnerships through tailored solutions and strategic collaboration. With a background in the virgin polymers sector at a leading petrochemical company, he has developed deep expertise in understanding customer needs and delivering value-driven solutions.

As Regional Sales Manager at Matrix Polymers, Daniel is committed to fostering true “partner-to-partner” relationships, driving mutual growth and long-term success. He is particularly focused on expanding the company’s presence across Poland and Central and Eastern Europe, strengthening customer support and unlocking new opportunities in the region.

 

Rory Jones - Rotational Moulding

Rory Jones has been supporting the Rotational Moulding industry to make better parts for his entire career. More specifically, he has focused on facilitating good venting practices in the industry.

In Krakow, Rory will provide insights into how venting affects moulds. He hopes to provide you with some tools you can take back to your factories to educate those on your machines about what is happening during the moulding cycle.

John Steele - Lyondell

John Steele is the Technical Service and Business Development Manager for powders in LYB. He has been dedicated to rotomoulding and powders innovation since he joined Rotec Chemicals in the Uk in 1992. John has been responsible for many of the Roto material developments in LYB (Rotec, ICO Polymers, A. Schulman) over the last 30 years. Providing during that time tremendous vision and 100% enthusiasm for rotomoulding innovation while working tirelessly in promoting rotomoulding through seminars and events throughout the years. John is an English guy with a first class degree in Polymer Technology, he is a “roto-family” man, married to Jessie, former roto technical service for Nova Chemicals Canada and has four grown up kids.

 

Dr. Dharana Jayawardane – Technical Manager, Europe, Matrix Polymers

Dharana joined Matrix Polymers in 2018 as an R&D Engineer, where he focused on the development of new materials and customer-driven innovation projects. Since then, her role has evolved, and he now leads as Technical Manager for Europe, driving product development and providing technical support across the region.

He holds an MEng in Biomedical Engineering and completed his PhD at the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering, University of Sheffield, specialising in advanced polymer systems. Outside of work, Dharana enjoys bouldering and hiking—activities that reflect his love of challenges, both technical and physical.

Katarzyna Majchrzak – Dyrektorki Exportu, SWIMER

Od 11-stu lat pracuję w firmie SWIMER budując rynki sprzedażowe we Francji, krajach niemieckojęzycznych, Wielkiej Brytanii oraz krajach Beneluksu.

Od niemal 3-ech lat, na stanowisku Dyrektorki Exportu, wraz z moim  niezwykle zaangażowanym i doświadczonym zespołem rozwijam w SWIMER międzynarodową sprzedaż zbiorników z polietylenu produkowanych metodą rotomouldingu.Jako Liderka zespołu eksportowego, jestem również bardzo zaangażowana w działania marketingowe – tworzę treści promujące produkty i markę SWIMER na całym świecie.

W pracy łączę analityczne podejście z empatią i pasją do relacji biznesowych. Prywatnie – gitarzystka i wokalistka z artystyczną duszą, występująca na żywo z repertuarem w kilku językach, najchętniej w języku francuskim, gdyż z wykształcenia jestem romanistką.

 

Konstantia Asteriadou – CEng, Phd, ChemEng

Konstantia is a co-founder of Lysis Technologies. She is a Chemical Engineer and certified Project Manager with 20 years experience working for global companies in design, scale-up, Quality Assurance, installations and commissioning of industrials processes.
She holds a PhD in Computational Fluid Dynamics and heat transfer processes. She has more than 15 publications such as patents, scientific papers and book chapters. Konstantia has worked for 6 years in Research and Development for Unilever in the UK and in the Netherlands.
After that, she joined a large consortium as a Technical Project Manager leading a European Project based at Birmingham University. There she commissioned a pilot plant and set up experimental and industrial techniques. She then spent 4 years with Heineken UK as a Site Project Manager where she commissioned numerous installations based in new and innovative processes.
She has vast experience in New Process and Technology Development, Business Development at national and international level and B2B sales. As a portfolio manager, Konstantia is leading LYSIS TECHNOLOGIES’ team presence for the Rotational Moulding industry for the last 12 years. The last 3 years she set up with the Lysis team the Tesoplas company in Greece to allow better distribution of their innovative products in EU and Balkans. Lysis already had official distributors and agents in India and China. 

Dr hab. inż. Mateusz Barczewski, prof. PP

Współautor 168 publikacji, cytowanych 3052 razy, h-index 30 wg Scopus®. Współautor 4 patentów, 8 zgłoszeń patentowych. Kierownik projektów Lider VIII (NCBiR) i Sonata-17 (NCN). Współtwórca pełnoskalowych wdrożeń: technologii Coverlan™ i kompozytowych wózków ręcznych Lifter I-TON. Autor technologii formownia kompozytów biodegradowalnych bioXpul™.

Nagrodzony dwukrotnie Laurem Innowacyjności 2021 (srebrny), 2022 (złoty). Stypendysta MEiN dla wybitnych młodych naukowców (2018-2020).

 

Dr hab. inż. Marek Szostak, prof. PP

Dr hab. inż. Marek Szostak, profesor i kierownik Laboratorium Przetwórstwa Tworzyw Sztucznych na Politechnice Poznańskiej specjalizuje się w przetwórstwie i recyklingu tworzyw sztucznych, ich modyfikacji oraz badaniach fizycznych i strukturalnych.

W zakresie ww. tematyki opublikował ponad 200 publikacji, w tym 69 o zasięgu światowym (860 cytowań, Hirsch = 18 w bazie SCOPUS) oraz 12 rozdziałów w książkach (2 rozdziały w publikacjach anglojęzycznych). Jest współautorem 20 patentów i 6 zgłoszeń patentowych z zakresu technologii przetwórstwa tworzyw sztucznych oraz budowy maszyn i urządzeń do przetwórstwa tworzyw sztucznych. Był kierownikiem 6 projektów badawczych i jako główny wykonawca realizował 10 grantów badawczych z KBN, NCBiR i 7 Programu Ramowego Unii Europejskiej. Zaprojektował i nadzorował uruchomienie kilkudziesięciu zakładów przetwórstwa tworzyw sztucznych oraz zrealizował ponad 1000 prac dla przemysłu.

Od 2011 roku jest Prezesem Stowarzyszenia ROTOPOL a od 2012 roku członkiem zarządu ARMO. 1 września 2025 roku obejmie stanowisko Prezesa Światowego Stowarzyszenia ARMO.
