How to Register?

We will start registering participants at the beginning of January 2025.. Please check in early (under 06.03.2026) to secure your spot at the conference at a reduced participation price.Once the registration is open, please fill in the registration form and send it to This email address is being protected from spambots. We encourage you to book your accommodation as soon as possible due to limited availability. Where it is possible, we kindly recommend booking double rooms.
